We collect the following personal data when you complete our onboarding questionnaire and join the waitlist:

• Name: to personalise your experience and communications
• Email address: to send your confirmation email and contact you when your setup is ready
• Phone number (optional): to reach you if needed during onboarding
• Business preferences and goals: your answers to our onboarding questionnaire, used to match you with a personalised business niche recommendation

Why we collect it

We process your data based on your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by checking the consent box before submitting. We use your data to:

• Generate personalised business niche recommendations based on your questionnaire answers
• Send you a confirmation email with your matched niche
• Contact you when your personalised business setup is ready

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than those listed above. We will never sell your data to third parties.

Where your data is stored

Your data is processed by the following services:

• HubSpot (CRM): stores your name, email, phone number, and questionnaire answers. HubSpot operates data centres in the EU and complies with GDPR. HubSpot Privacy Policy
• Resend (email delivery): processes your email address to deliver confirmation emails. Resend does not store your data beyond what is needed to send the email. Resend Privacy Policy
• Anthropic(AI): your questionnaire answers (without your name, email, or phone number) are sent to Anthropic's AI to generate personalised niche recommendations. Anthropic does not store your data after processing the request. Anthropic Privacy Policy

Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services to you. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below), and we will remove it within 30 days.
